My interests lie in how personal and interpersonal processes influence health and illness and vice versa; specifically how the self-concept changes in the process of coping with health and illness and how illness and health behaviors play themselves out in interpersonal relations. Currently, I participate as a member of the Fibromyalgia Research Group at Oregon Health & Sciences University.
